Accepting Patients Ages 5 - 64

Lizz Pierce-Green is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She sees patients ages 5 to 64 years old who are looking for a holistic approach to their mental health. Lizz believes in treating the mind, body and spirit as a whole person. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and individualized care to patients and families which range from traditional treatment with psychiatric medications and brief psychotherapeutic interventions to alternative treatment options such as vitamins, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercise, light and dark therapy. Her goal is to create an evidenced-based, collaborative plan of care with each patient where they feel empowered and capable to live their best life!

Lizz has over 15 years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field. She began her mental health career while training to be a labor and delivery nurse. After spending time helping couples emotionally, she realized her true passion. After years of working in community-based crisis mental health treatment facilities and specializing in adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities she furthered her education receiving a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from Linfield School of Nursing. Lizz was selected to participate in an international learning program. She traveled to Rwanda, Africa where she learned and taught about second generational trauma. She earned her master’s degree as a PMHNP from Gonzaga University.

Lizz enjoys spending time with her husband of 35 years, four adult children, and four grandchildren. She loves anything outdoors if the sun is shining. During the rainy season she enjoys traveling, crafting and redecorating.

Lizz sees patients In-person at our Canby, OR location and via Telemedicine in the state of Washington.
